Guidelines and Policies
Last day to complete application is by May 15, 2008.
You will be notified by June 1, 2008 if you are accepted or not. Please keep Saturday June 7, 2008 open for mandatory orientation at 10:00am. Place is to be determined.
Training sessions are mandatory for all members unless there’s a family emergency or work related emergency.
Training sessions will be Saturdays once a month 9am-3pm until July. After July training sessions will be every Saturday until the departure. Place is to be determined.
Dates of the trip: July ?-? (Friday to Sunday)
Cost for the trips are tentative:
If you do not raise enough money or for some reason are dismissed from the trip after transportation is purchased you will be responsible for the remaining balance.
If you do not raise enough money you will be responsible for the remaining balance. If you reach over your total goal then you will be reimbursed through New Life Church after the trip.
The support money will not cover any immunizations shots or any
medications before and after the mission trip.
